Cold Caller

As a Cold Caller forAzure HR, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and establishingconnections with potential clients in the Saskatoon and Alberta regions. Yourresponsibilities will involve initiating contact, introducing our recruitmentand staffing services, identifying qualified leads, and scheduling meetingswith prospective clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growthand success of Azure HR by facilitating valuable employment connections andsupporting our mission of connecting talent with opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Outbound Cold Calls: Reach out to potential companies within the Saskatoon and Alberta regions using provided scripts and resources to initiate contact and introduce Azure HR's services.
- Introduce Azure HR's Services: Articulate the value proposition and benefits of Azure HR's recruitment and staffing solutions, tailoring communication to address the specific needs and pain points of prospective clients.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly with responsiveness and professionalism.
- Record Keeping and Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed records of interactions, including client information, communications, and outcomes, tracking progress against targets and KPIs, and providing regular reports.
- Performance Evaluation and Goal Achievement: Work towards meeting and exceeding assigned KPIs and performance targets, continuously evaluating performance and implementing strategies to improve productivity and results.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cold calling or door-to-door sales roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the recruitment and staffing industry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
