Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the installation of solar panels, inverters, and ancillary equipment on both rooftop and ground-mounted systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes and regulatory standards throughout installation processes.
- Maintain clean workspaces through consistent maintenance and organization.
- Demonstrate adept troubleshooting capabilities to swiftly address any installation-related challenges.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring utmost satisfaction throughout the installation process.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in working at elevated heights and in diverse weather conditions is preferred.
- Exemplary problem-solving prowess and an unwavering attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of premium-quality work.
- Adeptness in working autonomously or collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.25-$26.00 per hour
