Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator/Grinder to join our team. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for building and welding metal components according to specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

**Duties**:

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements
- Measure, cut, and shape metal using various tools and equipment
- Weld, braze, or solder metal parts together using appropriate techniques
- Operate machinery such as saws, shears, presses, and grinders to fabricate metal components
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in metal fabrication or a related field
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment operation
- Familiarity with machining processes such as plasma cutting and CNC machining
- Mechanical knowledge of various tools and equipment used in metal fabrication
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate a crane if necessary
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: $17.55-$25.00 per hour
