Comme gérer magasin, vous prenez charge des opérations quotidiens et vous formé pour gérer une équipe de jusqu’à 18 membres incroyables. Vos responsabilités principales incluront:

- Créer horaires et gérer l’inventaire comme chef
- Former et encadrer les membres de l’équipe pour les aider à briller
- Effectuer des évaluations de performance pour maintenir la motivation de l’équipe
- Coordonner avec notre centre de contact pour assurer les retours en ligne fluide et commandes BOPIS
- « Travailler dans l’industrie des pièces automobile peut être physiquement exigeant. Certain lieu demande que les employés reste la montant de leur journée debout et portent des articles lourds et de taille inhabituelle. Un niveau de physique raisonnable et de flexibilité est bénéficial. »

Vous superviserez une horaire fonctionnement sur 7 jours par semaine, en assurant que tous fonctionnent parfaitement ainsi que vous concentrant sur profitabilité et l’offre d’une expérience de client exceptionnelle.

**Responsabilités clés**:

- **Diriger et inspirer **:gérer et soutenir l’évolution d’une équipe de jusqu’à 18 membres en mettant l’accent sur leur performance.
- **Développer leurs talents **:former, développer et coacher une équipe diverse pour atteindre des compétences et des évaluations de haut niveau.
- **Gérer le magasin**: superviser les opérations quotidiennes pour atteindre les objectifs d’efficacité et profitabilité en dépassant nos objectifs de vente
- **Champions des clients **:créer une ambiance focussée sur le client dans _votre_ magasin, résoudre les problèmes et promouvoir un service exceptionnel.
- **Collaborer et rester informé**: travailler en étroite collaboration avec le centre de contact et les équipes d’entrepôt pour garantir le bon traitement des retours et des commandes BOPIS. À mesure que vous agrandir dans votre rôle, vous fournirez des mises à jour régulières à la direction sur les performances du magasin et la productivité de l’équipe, acquérant ainsi des informations précieuses sur la communication et les rapports efficaces.

**Qu’apportez-vous à la table?**

**Expérience**:

- 2+ années en gestion de détail
- Expérience dans la gestion d’équipes de petites et moyenne taille dans un environnement dynamique et à fort volume

**Compétences**:

- Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et d’organisation.
- Maîtrisé en Microsoft Office, divers systèmes POS, système de gestion de détail et Zoom.
- Axé sur les résultats avec une passion pour le service client de qualité.

**Formation**:

- La formation postsecondaire est préférée.
- La maîtrise du français et anglais est requis
- Connaissance des pièces automobiles est un plus.
