Supervisor - Remote

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of employees remotely, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive productivity and efficiency
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve performance and achieve goals
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard, meeting quality and accuracy targets
- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one check-ins, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure work is coordinated and completed on time
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage employee scheduling and time off requests
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a remote environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve success
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with project management software or tools preferred

**Salary**: $21.25-$28.41 per hour
