**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Effectively resolve account-related issues, billing inquiries, and questions about our merchant solutions.
- Employ strategic questioning techniques to investigate customer concerns and determine optimal resolutions.
- Communicate resolutions promptly to merchants, internal teams, and managers.
- Provide our merchant clients with valuable insights into our products and services that align with their account needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to address technical and accounting challenges.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with merchants and partners, focusing on maintaining their satisfaction.
- Serve as an escalation point for merchants considering account closure, striving to provide compelling reasons to remain with Unity Payments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English and French.
- Previous experience in customer service is required.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Résoudre efficacement les problèmes liés aux comptes, les demandes de facturation et les questions concernant nos solutions pour commerçants.
- Utiliser des techniques de questionnement stratégique pour enquêter sur les préoccupations des clients et déterminer les solutions optimales.
- Communiquer rapidement les résolutions aux commerçants, aux équipes internes et aux managers.
- Fournir à nos clients-commerçants des informations précieuses sur nos produits et services qui correspondent aux besoins de leur compte.
- Gérer les communications entrantes et sortantes (par téléphone et par courrier électronique) relatives aux comptes marchands, aux partenaires et aux agents commerciaux.
- Collaborer avec les départements inter fonctionnels pour relever les défis techniques et comptables.
- Cultiver et entretenir les relations avec les commerçants et les partenaires, en mettant l'accent sur le maintien de leur satisfaction.
- Servir de point d'escalade pour les commerçants envisageant de fermer leur compte, en s'efforçant de leur fournir des raisons convaincantes de rester chez Unity Payments.
