**Bilingual Receptionist**
As a member of our Office Services team, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting onsite visitors, fielding incoming calls and answering or referring inquiries as required.
- Monitoring telephone lines via Touchpoint and reports problems to the Technology Enablement department.
- Authorizes receipts of special deliveries and distributes deliveries to appropriate personnel, as required.
- Assists in maintaining procedures listed within the reception job manual and ensures that the Resource team is aware of procedure changes or manual updates.
- Conducting training for new receptionists and Resource employees. This includes providing feedback regarding processes, recommending future training requirements, and completing training on specialty equipment.
- Being responsible for the day-to-day security system operation, including programming of access cards, maintaining door access, and issuing photo ID and visitor access.
- Maintaining the intranet phone director administration page.
If this opportunity sounds interesting, and you meet the following requirements, you might be the person we’re looking for. We need someone who has:
- The ability to communicate orally in French is required.
- A secondary school diploma.
- A minimum of one year's experience as a Receptionist operating a multi-line phone system is required,
- Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Superior time management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
Working conditions:
- General office environment.
- Must be able to lift 30lbs.
- Shift is Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
