Skills & Qualifications

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years of experience as a Nursing Unit Assistant preferred
- Nursing Unit Assistant certificate or relevant degree preferred
- Previous teaching experience and/or a Provincial Instructor’s Diploma would be considered an asset

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills;
- Strong professional commitment;
- An on-going interest in student success and lifelong learning;
- Excellent communication skills; and
- The ability to work collaboratively with educational partners.
