**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Clean all childcare classrooms and empty garbage's in each room daily.
- Clean the childcare specific washrooms and the staff washrooms.
- Sweep and mop all classrooms and main hallway daily.
- Clean and mop daycare entry and stairs daily.
- Empty garbage's in Daycare office and administration offices daily.)
- Maintain stock of cleaning supplies.
- Report any maintenance concerns or issues to office or building manager immediately.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous custodial/janitorial experience an asset but not required
- Possess a professional appearance and demeanor with clients and co-workers alike
- Must be able to provide a Canadian criminal record check due to the nature of the work environment.
- Must be reliable.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and navigate stairs.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week
