We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant with customer service or hospitality background to join our team You will assist in the administrative and service aspects of patient care to improve patient quality of life.
This is a contract position for a 12-month maternity leave coverage, at approximately 30-40 hours per week. Any further employment possibility beyond this contract will be evaluated near the end of that contract period.
**Responsibilities**:
- Use several inter-related software systems for scheduling and communication with patients and vendors
- Record and document patient care services and bookkeeping practices in paperless systems
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
- Assist in other administrative and general duties of a modern, well-functioning office
Qualifications:
- Comfort in working directly with people of all ages, from infants to seniors
- Comfort with performing computer-based documentation and bookkeeping (training provided)
- Ability to handle busy, often physical workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with patients and other team members
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities, while working effectively and comfortably in a team setting
- Adept at learning new software programs and tools
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly wage, paid twice per month

- Signing bonus to be paid after 3-months of employment

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
