Warehouse Dispatcher

Quik's Farm Ltd. is a wholesale cut flower grower based in Chilliwack, BC, with over 20 acres of indoor and 20 acres of seasonal outdoor growing space.

Quik’s Farm is geared towards the intense production of cut Chrysanthemums, Oriental Lilies, Alstroemeria, and other seasonal crops utilizing state-of-the-art growing systems and leading-edge technology to produce high quality products for our diverse customer base throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest USA.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Dispatcher, responsible for next duties:

- Scheduling/Dispatching of outbound trucks and drivers
- Drivers Management
- Fleet Maintenance Coordination
- Organizing transfers between locations
- Inventory Flow Management
- Loading and unloading of trucks
- Coverage for drivers when away on vacation or during peak production periods

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Proven working experience in a Warehouse department
- Able to multi-task effectively and flexible
- Able to make decisions on the fly, boots on the ground approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Computer skills and a keen eye for detail
- An active Class 1 license is required

**Work Hours and Benefits**:

- Regular work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 4:00pm (Occasionally Saturdays as needed)
- Cell Phone compensation $30/month
- A fuel allowance TBD

This position may require you to work on Saturdays and statutory holidays. There will be no Sunday work.

- Chilliwack, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
