This role is responsible for supporting our clients, including entering orders, establishing rates and confirming loads are ready for pick up. Orders can be received by phone, or on our website, and a timely response is essential to ensure Customer satisfaction. Working closely with our other departments, and affiliates to ensure all information and details are accurate to ensure seamless pick-up and/or deliveries.

The Customer Service team provides support when errors or problems occur as well, by being proactive, honest and calm. Inform all parties of issues to ensure our customers are provided details and solutions.

In this fast-paced, dynamic role, providing solutions and support in a positive, professional manner is essential to this department.
- **Essential Duties**:_

**Provide and support service requirements of all customers.**

**Receive incoming telephone calls from customers and affiliates, and administrative and operations staff.**

**Trace customer shipments and provide timely updates as required.**

**Assist, investigate and correct customer issues and order delays with appropriate solutions/alternatives and follow-up.**

**Proactively communicate with affiliates to avoid undesirable outcomes.**

**Develop and maintain relationships with customers.**

**Facilitate pickup and delivery appointments for every customer shipment.**

**Input all relevant data for each order into the computer system (OM).**

**Various administrative duties as assigned by management and operations.**

**Updating portals daily, as required.**
- **Minimum Requirements**:_

**High school diploma or GED or a solid and/or comparative experience, working in a customer service role.**

**Energetic and positive nature.**

**A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.**

**Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills.**

**Ability to work independently and as a team member.**

**Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.**

We are open 7 days a week (days 8:00 am -6:00 pm, weekends, 9:00 am -4:00 pm), and holidays are a must with longer than usual hours. This is a part/full-time position in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and a positive attitude are necessary. We are looking for someone who can adapt easily to working in a fast-paced environment and is reliable. Attention to detail is important, as well as multitasking.
