**Window Installer, Panel Plant (Head Office, located in Delta, BC)**

**Summary**

**Centura Building Systems** is a construction company that specializes in the manufacturing of prefabricated exterior Wall cladding panels and steel structures.

We are currently looking for **Flashing and Membrane Installer **for our Panel production. Our factory prefabricates 100% finished wall cladding panels, that include steel stud frames, sheathing, membrane, insulation, cavity and finished material, complete with windows and flashings. This is a full-time position.

**Requirements/ Responsibilities**
- 5 years’ experience in flashing and membrane install

Working with a helper to:

- Read and interpret work orders
- Previous knowledge of how to use an overhead rolling crane is considered an asset/ willingness to learn operational use.
- Flashing and caulking windows
- Knowledge of how to Lift and Load panels onto flatbeds for shipment is an asset
- Demonstrated Effective verbal and communication skills
