The Student Success Division is comprised of a group of talented and committed individuals dedicated to enhancing student success. We are looking for a dynamic individual who enjoys working with students.

You will be responsible for supporting and enriching students’ transitional and learning experiences through professional individual counselling and delivering psychoeducational information. You will empower students to develop problem-solving skills and to take control of their personal, social, spiritual, and cultural development. You will have an in-depth understanding of the personal, interpersonal, and societal factors that influence mental health and of the factors and symptoms associated with mental illness. You will provide therapeutic counselling for a variety of mental health issues.

Your qualifications will include a master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology or a related discipline and experience delivering personal counselling. Consideration will be given to those with an appropriate combination of education and experience.
