Salesperson/Estimator

Role:
Provide residential and some commercial flooring quotes to qualified potential customers. Hit sales targets required for the business to grow. Complete necessary admin work for each customer. Work with a great team to grow the company. Use your skillset to market the business successfully in the community.

The role will involve working closely with a tight knit group of professionals to grow and run the business. This role requires someone who is eager, attentive and interested in serving people as well as someone who is a quick learner, detail oriented and organized.

Position type: Full time year round

Description of duties:

- Responding to customer inquiries (Phone & Online)
- Conducting estimates in customer homes and interacting with clients to make sure their needs will be accurately met.
- Call backs and follow ups
- Maintaining relationships with old and new clients
- Networking in the community
- Administrative tasks associated with booking work

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Personable and able to quickly relate with other people in a professional manner
- Organized
- Goal setting ability. Having a desire to attain and achieve hitting goals and metrics set by yourself and the company.
- Valid driver's license
- Computer savvy. Be able to efficiently work on formatting documents in word and in a CRM etc.
- Previous sales experience and the ability to work well under pressure.

COMPENSATION: 60k to 100k + per year. (Base plus commission)
