JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Will Train
- Ability to follow instruction and direction.
- Proficient in word, excel & power point.
- Good computer skills.

DUTIES:

- Clean commercial spaces according to our company standards
- Responds to tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Ensures all maintenance and safety hazards are promptly reported to the Supervisor/Manager to minimize hazard risk
- Takes personal responsibility for equipment, ensuring it is always operated correctly and secure
- Report any unusual or suspicious persons/activities happening in security to the manager
- Report any maintenance issues including burned out light bulbs.
- Cleans sink and fixtures and restock all.
- Clean staff kitchen and remove trash from premise.
- Ensure security of clients.
- Perform Laundry tasks, when necessary,
- Stock linen supply room with clean linens for use for next day.
- Manage repairs as needed.
- Perform office cleaning duties as required.

APPLICABLE SKILLS:

- Excellent customer relations.
- Must have time-management skills.
- Adaptable to change and be able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Eager and focused to exceed guest expectations.

Wages: $16 per hour for 40 hours per week
