We are currently looking for a project manager to join our dynamic team in Toronto.

**As part of your duties, you will call upon**:
Planner, organizer, direct and control assigned construction projects
Participate in internal planning and project monitoring meetings
start-up, site meetings, etc.)
Planner of main works, materials, equipment and tools
Produce and update the project schedule
Track shop drawings and manage change notices
Determine and obtain the authorizations required for the execution of the project
Implement and supervise the prevention program on assigned singers
Coordinate and manage prevention in health and safety at work
Provide accounting with information relating to the progress of the project and ensure the preparation of invoicing
Supervise the project when completed and make any corrections if necessary.
Ensure that all contract modifications are valid during the regular period
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Manage execution non-compliance reports
Manage the filing of project documentation
Manage accessories on construction sites such as waste containers, jigs, etc.

Skills sought

Have additional technical training in civil engineering, architecture, or other field related to construction
Be able to read plans and specifications
Have knowledge of construction
Have good written and oral communication expertise in English
Have a good command of the Microsoft Office suite and Ms Project
Have followed the OHS course on construction sites
