Le Machiniste Rectifieur CNC jouera un rôle crucial dans la production de pièces de précision de haute qualité à l'aide d'une machine de rectification CNC (Studer S151).
- Préparer et configurer la machine pour les séries de production, y compris le choix des outils appropriés, des dispositifs de fixation et des meules de rectification.
- Interpréter les plans techniques, les dessins et les spécifications techniques pour déterminer les exigences d'usinage et les tolérances.
- Charger les matières premières sur la machine et assurer un alignement et un positionnement adéquats.
- Programmer les commandes CNC et ajuster les paramètres de la machine pour des opérations de rectification optimales.
- Surveiller les opérations de la machine pour garantir que les pièces sont fabriquées selon des spécifications précises et des normes de qualité.
- Effectuer des ajustements aux paramètres de la machine au besoin pour obtenir des dimensions précises et des finitions de surface adéquates.
- Effectuer des vérifications de qualité sur les pièces finies à l'aide d'outils de mesure tels que des micromètres, des pieds à coulisse et des jauges.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes pouvant survenir pendant le processus d'usinage, en mettant en œuvre des mesures correctives si nécessaire.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de production, les ingénieurs et les superviseurs pour assurer une efficacité optimale du flux de travail et une réalisation en temps opportun des commandes.

Qualifications et compétences:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent ; éducation technique ou apprentissage en usinage préféré.
- Expérience avérée en tant que Machiniste CNC, avec une spécialisation dans les opérations de rectification CNC.
- Maîtrise de la lecture et de l'interprétation des plans techniques et des dessins.
- Solide compréhension des principes d'usinage, de la sélection des outils et des paramètres de coupe.
- Familiarité avec les instruments de mesure de précision et capacité à inspecter avec précision les pièces finies.
- Habileté à diagnostiquer les problèmes d'usinage et à effectuer des opérations de maintenance de routine.
- Bilingue français et anglais : Capacité à lire et interpréter les instructions de travail en anglais.
- _La connaissance de la langue anglaise est requise pour l'interprétation des instructions et des exigences techniques du client, qui peuvent être fournies uniquement en anglais._
