Position Summary:
Shift: Wednesday to Saturday 7:00am to 5:00pm

Contract: May 2023 to September 2023

Location: Milton, Ontario

Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of GFS fleet of trucks, shop and yard.- Perform routine washing of trucks and trailers during spring/summer/fall months- Operate company equipment, including wash truck- Assists in ensuring that units meet our standards of cleanliness- Ensures proper load securement for hoses, chemical pails, or any other equipment as necessary.- Installing temperature recording hardware to fleet- Programming PIMM Asset Management software- Adhere to the policies and procedures of Gordon Food Service.- Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned by a Transportation Supervisor.

Qualifications:
- MUST have a valid G Class Driver's Licence.- Comfortable using computers and with basic programming- Basic knowledge of wiring and hand tools- Be self-motivated and able to work well independently and within a team.- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.- Be conscientious of offering quality service to our valued drivers.- Take pride in working safely and representing Gordon Food Service professionally.- Ability to work with light chemicals and soaps
