**TON MANDAT**:
Sous la supervision du (de la) Directeur(-trice) du département de l'animation, le ou la TD animation travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le département pipeline et le département rigging dans le développement d'outils et de solutions pour le département d’animation.

**TES PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Créer des outils testables, efficaces et réutilisables en utilisant les meilleures pratiques de développement logiciel;
- Développer des outils de pipeline d'animation et de rigging pour répondre aux demandes de production, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient conformes aux normes du département, comme demandé par les superviseur(e)s techniques et de shows;
- Contribuer à la maintenance d'un large éventail de flux de travail et de scripts existants;
- Fournir un soutien de production de première ligne aux animateurs, en dépannant les assets et les shots, et en aidant les artistes à résoudre des problèmes d'ordre général;
- Être capable de travailler avec le (la) directeur(-trice) du département de l'animation et le (la) directeur(-trice) pipeline pour déterminer les meilleures approches techniques et créatives possibles;
- Accomplir les tâches dans les délais établis par le (la) directeur(-trice) du département de l'animation et le (la) directeur(-trice) pipeline;
- Créer et communiquer de la documentation sur les outils développés et former d'autres utilisateurs à l'utilisation de ces outils.

- Capable de prioriser les besoins et les tâches de production.

**TU AS**:

- Un diplôme en informatique, en animation 3D ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente;
- Quelques années d'expérience dans un studio d'animation;
- Quelques années d'expérience en développement de pipeline;
- De l’expérience avec les scripts Python (expérience en programmation C++, un atout);
- De l’expérience avec Maya;
- Une bonne compréhension du système d'exploitation Linux;
- Une bonne expérience en matière de débogage, de tests de développement et de résolution de problèmes;
- D’excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation, de communication et de documentation ;
- Une éthique de travail axée sur le dynamisme et la collaboration;
- Une bonne connaissance de Shotgrid, un atout.
