**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a part-time Dough Maker to make our fresh and amazingly delicious dough This is a critical role in our Pizzerias as our dough is made fresh every day and is what makes our customers raving fans

**Accountabilities**
- Become a dough master
- Accurately follow our dough recipe, carefully measuring out each ingredient
- Mix all necessary ingredients and operate a large kitchen dough mixer
- Cut and accurately measure each dough ball based on our size standards
- Roll each dough ball using our Topper’s techniques
- Carefully monitor dough proofing
- Down-stack all proofed dough balls ensuring they are all covered

**Qualifications**
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Manual dexterity
- Basic mathematical skills for measuring ingredients and weigh dough
- Capable of lifting 25lbs
- Able to work on your feet for long periods of time
- Able to operate kitchen equipment
