Summer Student

**We are looking for summer students**

We are looking for full-time summer students to work through the summer months (April - September). We are able to hire immediately part time if interested.

This is a unique summer opportunity for students interested in science and healthcare.

We are not your typical retail pharmacy. We operate a state-of-the-art facility designed specifically to meet the regulatory and environmental requirements for compounded medications including sterile, non-sterile and hazardous/non-hazardous preparations.

We are an independent Canadian Compounding Pharmacy that specializes in the formulation of innovative compounds for our customers. We are an industry leader in custom medications for the veterinary and physician patient market. Our business is to offer high quality compounded products delivered with exceptional customer service to meet the unmet needs of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
The position will have varied responsibilties as a general labourer and will vary depending on where we need help. It may include,
- Labeling medication
- Inventory management and stocking
- Prepping injectable vials for sterilizatoin
- Document management
- Any other required responsibilities as needed

**The Ideal Summer Student**

While we don't have specific requirements. Students interested in Science and health care fields (both Human and veterinary) will find this position valuable to their learning experience.

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Vaccinated for COVID with primary series of vaccine is required.
