**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Comply with government (liquor and Health) regulations and company policies.
- Have knowledge and ability to make drink and food items.
- Keep all areas of business clean and tidy.
- Clean and sanitize dishes.
- Be able to stand for long period of time.
- Able to serve gelato.
- Communicate with the customer in a courteous, clear and polite manner.
- Be able to serve alcohol beverages when ordered.

**Job Skills**:

- Smart Serve Certificate.
- Food Handling Certificate.
- Be able to perform simple math equations.
- Be able to handle physical currency.
- Attention to detail.
- Attending to customer’s needs.
- Be able serve ordered items to customer’s table.
- Make sandwiches.
- Follow instructions

**Other Requirements**:
We are open 7 days per week, from 8:00 am until midnight. Employees must be able and available to work all shifts.
