Retail Sales Manager

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Manager to oversee our retail operations, ensuring product excellence, accurate inventory levels, seamless coordination of on-site pop-up events, and effective management of our retail staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Retail Operations Management - Ensure the retail space is optimally organized and products are displayed attractively to maximize sales. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail division, ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Inventory Control - Regularly review inventory levels to ensure accuracy and adequacy. Implement inventory management strategies to avoid overstocking or stockouts, and conduct periodic inventory audits.
- Event Coordination - Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of on-site pop-up events, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure events are well-promoted and successful.
- Staff Management - Hire, train, and manage retail staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and high performance. Schedule staff efficiently to meet the needs of the store and events.
- Sales and Targets - Drive retail sales, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Customer Service - Ensure the retail team delivers excellent customer service, resolving any issues promptly and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar managerial role in a retail setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A customer-oriented approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage events effectively.
- Competency in using retail management software and systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during major retail events as needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation as attending events and our other retail locations is required.

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
