**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform tile laying and installation with precision and attention to detail.
- Build and construct frameworks, structures, and fixtures as per project specifications.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Execute caulking tasks to ensure proper sealing of joints and openings.
- Conduct construction estimating to assess project needs and material requirements.
- Operate equipment safely when required for specific tasks.
- Engage in construction painting activities, ensuring a professional finish on surfaces.
- Cleaning up, demolotion drywall, bathroom, kitchens
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, tile laying, framing, painting, fine finishing, and similar roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating power tools and heavy equipment is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required for successful project execution.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
