**The opportunity**:
This role works in collaboration with members of our GVA and National marketing and communications teams, to support the firm’s strategic and operational digital and content marketing priorities.

What you will do:
Video Creation:

- Lead the production of video assets for field marketers, including filming video footage, editing content, brand alignment, and final production.

Digital Campaigns and Programs:

- Help to enhance CX, including content marketing, social media, influencer and earned media campaigns, relationship marketing, and use of web analytics and how they are applied.
- Advise on the strategic development of multi-channel marketing programs/campaigns to increase awareness of services, capabilities, and leadership in support of the Firm’s strategic imperatives.
- Actively monitor and report on the firm’s current digital marketing performance against internal benchmarks, highlighting new insight for improvements, and business cases for undertaking necessary changes on a regular basis.

Social Media
- Use leading social media monitoring tools like SpredFast to track engagement with our social channels (# of posts, followers and sentiment).
- Understand Paid, Owned, and Earned aspects of Digital marketing and how they fit as part of on overall, integrated marketing mix.
- Leverage the PostBeyond platform for when the appropriate social media opportunities arise as part of our marketing programming.
- Actively learn and stay on top of latest social media best practices and share learnings with the broader marketing team.
- Assist in creating social media posts as required.

Analytics Tools and Processes
- Provide benchmark web metrics for pages on KPMG.ca.
- Contribute to campaign reports to measure the success of campaigns across digital channels (e.g. social, web, paid advertising).
- Actively participate in drawing insights and making recommendations, through monthly, quarterly, and custom metrics reports as required.

Lead the production of video assets for field marketers, including filming video footage, editing content, brand alignment, and final production.

What you bring to this role:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in coordinating multi-channel digital programs.
- Experience in videography including filming and editing using Adobe Creative Cloud’s Premiere Pro.
- Experience with a digital analytics solution like Google or Adobe Analytics.
- Agile approach to creative problem solving and looking for insight that is outside of the box.
- Excellent written communication and project management skills to prepare accurate reports for cross-functional marketing teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Technical knowledge of various platforms including content management system (CMS) and technologies, including SharePoint, HTML, XML, CSS, RSS, Flash and image editing software, web reporting and measurement, analytics and metadata; Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics.
- Experience working Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
