- Tu es prêt.e à travailler pendant les jours fériés et au-delà du plafond d’heures prévues pendant les périodes achalandées (selon tes disponibilités);

Ce à quoi pourraient ressembler tes journées

Sous la supervision de l’équipe de gestion de la boutique, tu devras offrir un service à la clientèle remarquable et traiter les transactions comme un.e pro. Ce qui veut dire:
T’assurer que l’expérience de magasinage de chaque client.e se termine sur une bonne note. Comment? En offrant un service personnalisé, à la fois sympathique et efficace;
- Suggérer des produits complémentaires avant de traiter la transaction;
- Être toujours très précis.e lorsque tu gères les opérations à la caisse;
- Expliquer les politiques de retour à la clientèle;
- Répondre au téléphone de façon professionnelle;
- Garder ton aire de travail propre et t’assurer d’avoir tout ce dont tu as besoin pour être efficace;
- Respecter et appliquer les politiques et procédures des différents services du siège social (on va tout t’expliquer);
- Accomplir d’autres tâches connexes pour aider ton équipe, au besoin.
