**Concord Parking is currently hiring Curbside** Ambassadors** for our operation at **the **Vancouver International Airport.**

Curbside Ambassadors are responsible for managing curbside traffic at the airport, assisting passengers with wayfinding, and enforcing parking regulations. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of parking regulations and traffic flow management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Curbside Ambassador will provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers and airport stakeholders. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in customer service or traffic management, and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

These positions include a lot of walking and standing outdoors. Since some shifts could end late, after the Canada Line has stopped running, reliable transportation will be helpful.

Full training and uniforms are provided.

Minimum Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or traffic management preferred
- Able to work well with mínimal supervision.
- Professional and polished demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.

Availability for all shifts: mornings, afternoons, and overnights
