to manage the implementation of SQF 2000 Level 2 Quality Assurance Program
- conduct / participate in the risk analysis & assessment when needed for revision and improvement of the HACCP system
- to take appropriate action to ensure Food Safety Level 2 is maintained and not compromised.
- provide food safety issues and steps to be taken to prevent reoccurrence of non-conformities found during self-inspection plant audits
- develop, implement, evaluate and revise Food Safety/SOP Manual in order to keep current in meeting the GFSI bench marks
- verify validate the effectiveness of the delivery of SQF Food Safety Program
- to supervise the mock/simulated recall exercise and to evaluate the effectiveness of the procedures on product recall and its traceability system
- planning the schedule for internal audit
- identifying areas for future improvement of its current Self-Inspection control system and SOP Implementation

**Salary**: $44,062.61-$73,500.88 per year
