**Position: Auto Glass Technician**

**Location: Saskatoon, Sk**

**Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time**

**Responsibilities**:
As an Auto Glass Technician, you will be responsible for:

- **Windshield Repair and Replacement**:Perform expert-level windshield repairs and replacements using industry-standard techniques and equipment.
- **Vehicle Inspection**: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to assess the extent of glass damage and provide accurate repair estimates to customers.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all auto glass installations meet or exceed industry and company standards for safety and quality.
- **Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers professionally, addressing their concerns, explaining repair processes, and providing excellent customer service.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of all services performed, including accurate invoicing and documentation of warranty information.
- **Adherence to Safety Standards**:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Glass Technician, with a proven track record of successful windshield repairs and replacements.
- **Certifications**: Possess relevant certifications and training in auto glass repair and replacement.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- **Customer Service**: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- **Driving Record**: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
