Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our auction services and establish rapport.
- Identify decision-makers within target organizations and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our auction experts to further discuss services and address client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective cold calling strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our services.
- Answer inbound calls and direct them accordingly within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in the auction or related industry is an asset but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
- Familiarity with auction processes and terminology is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.

**Salary**: $15.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
