Responsibilities:

- Conduct driving lessons for students 16 years old and above all skill levels
- Provide clear and concise instructions on driving techniques and safety rules
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment behind the wheel
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and evaluations
- Ensure compliance with all state driving regulations and licensing requirements

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a driving instructor or in a related field is preferred
- Strong classroom management skills to effectively engage and educate students
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey instructions and information
- Patience and adaptability to meet the individual needs of each student
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
