T&T Supermarket Inc. was founded in 1993 with two stores in BC. Since then, it has expanded rapidly and is now Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 31 stores across the country: 13 in BC, 7 in Alberta, 10 in Ontario, and 1 in Quebec. The Company’s continuous expansion is going to bring more new stores in the next couple of years.
The Role:
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital analytics strategies for the loyalty program, including managing consumer dashboards and utilizing digital insights to inform business decisions.
- Oversee functional development and maintenance of the loyalty program, participating in development projects with IT and external counterparts as a representative of the marketing team.
- Support and cooperate with member promotion event or related project tasks.
- Support and cooperate with the marketing team for major festivals and separate projects.
- Provide fluent Chinese and English, have the ability to describe documents, write and polish proposals, and independently present reports and proposals.
- Meet all required deadlines on assignments
- Support the overall marketing objectives of company both externally and internally
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior(s)
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience. A digital or internet background is an asset
- Knowledge of user growth and customer loyalty program insight
- Possess analysis report and proposal skills in both English and Chinese
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and visualization. Windows software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Strong editing and proofreading skills; creative and innovative with good attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working within a demanding, fast-paced or retail environment will be an asset
- Completion of bachelor’s degree in business administration, with focus on marketing or communications business analysis preferred
- Some travelling to various locations may be required from time to time
