Coyote Sealcoating is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join us as a Sealcoating Labourer. **General Purpose of the Job**:As a Sealcoating Labourer, you will play a crucial role in our asphalt maintenance operations. Your primary responsibility will be to complete sealcoating projects, ensuring that surfaces are properly prepared and coated, delivering exceptional results.

**Pay/Compensation**:

- $23-$27/hour + Tips
- Performance Bonuses
- Optional Overtime Pay

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Thorough preparation of asphalt surfaces for sealcoating and repairing cracks.
- Operate machinery such as weed wackers, power blowers, sealcoat pumps, and squeegees to ensure exceptional service.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and complete projects.

**Additional Duties and Tasks**:

- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Punctual and reliable.

No Experience Needed. Paid Training upon hire.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
