*Job Summary*

As a Sales and Inventory Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient stock management within the company.

*Responsibilities*
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding and purchasing products
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through product demos
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular inventory counts to monitor stock levels
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas
- Receive and process incoming stock shipments
- Assist with fulfilling orders and preparing them for shipment
- Work collaboratively with team members to optimize inventory processes
- Fulfill online orders and pickup orders

*Skills*
- Love Toys, ability to explain product features and make recommendations based on customer needs. Familiar with Studio Ghibli and construction toys.
- Familiarity with stock-taking procedures, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained, and restocking is done efficiently.
- Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting and organizing stock
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Excellent communication abilities to interact with team members and vendors
- Familiarity with retail sales processes
- Able to drive and deliver orders
- Experience in cashiering is beneficial

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Expected hours: 20 per week

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
