We are looking for a _**Warehouse Clerk**_ for our Finished Goods Warehouse

This position is located at 43 Howard Ave, Elmira, ON,
- **Day Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm.**_

This individual is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Head Shippers and Warehouse Manager. They provide customer service to both internal and external customers.

- **What you’ll do**:_
- Attend to Warehouse reception, and storage of designated freight, product, and supplies that come in and out of the warehouse.
- Oversee the loading, unloading, and accurate storage of goods.
- Complete all processes and procedures using integrated ERP and related systems to ensure orders are accurately and efficiently received and shipped in accordance with customer requirements.
- Prepare pre-ship and packing slips and bill of landing for truck drivers and warehouse employees.
- Accurately process appropriate customs and regulatory documentation.
- Accurately process vendor purchase orders.
- Accurately monitor inventories ensuring product levels are maintained.
- Conduct periodic spot-checks of inventory levels, supplies, or equipment and assist in cycle-count program.
- Provide administrative support to Head Shippers and Warehouse Manager and complete office administration tasks as required.
- Promote an atmosphere of teamwork and motivation in the workplace.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times while handling all customer concerns in a timely manner, or escalate to senior management if issue cannot be rectified
- General sanitation duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
- **What you’ll have**:_
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years’ office experience in a similar environment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Suite).
- Good analytical and mathematical skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of ERP/QAD an asset.
