Paligo is an industry-leading SaaS company in the field of Component Content Management System. We enable global team collaboration with our cloud-based CCMS product, developed to create, manage, publish and translate technical documentation.

**About the role**
As a Project Manager you will work in a customer facing role where you will be a vital part in making our projects move forward. You will be a part of our Professional Services team that helps new and existing customers adapt the service offering of Paligo to their specific needs, this within two main areas; converting the customers existing content for import into Paligo when migrating to Paligo as their authoring environment and customizing details in published outputs to meet specific requirements. As a Project Manager you will be an important part of ensuring an excellent customer experience by being the customers point of contact and making sure that the projects are moving forward together with the developers in the Professional Services team.

Besides being overall responsible for the different projects, your tasks will include:

- Manage, run and follow up on processes with customers
- Estimate the effort and time required to implement a customer request

**About you**
We are looking for an independent Project Manager who is comfortable running projects within tech. Because of Paligos growth we need you to be comfortable with working within a fast paced company and to be a teamplayer who is willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in where needed along with working in cross-team collaborations. We want you to be a people-person who enjoys social interaction and has great communication skills, online and in-person meetings. We are looking for someone who can communicate clearly, positively and objectively with comfort and ease.

To succeed in the role as Project Manager, we think that you are an excellent communicator and are used to communicating both internally in the team as well as externally to external stakeholders. You are a problem solver, analytical, and someone who enjoys coming up with practical solutions when you encounter challenging problems. Furthermore, you are a team player - we are all working towards the same goal, whether you're a Project Manager or a salesperson, and no matter where in the world you are

**We also imagine that you have some of the following points in your resumé**:

- 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role within tech
- General technical knowledge
- Experience from working in a customer facing role

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Experience from XML and XSLT
- Experience from working with a CCMS product
