**Number of Positions**: 2

**Location**: Mississauga

**Hourly Rate**: $24.00/hour for 40 hours per week

**This is NOT a bargaining unit position.**

**Scope**

This role requires inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets and self-checking entries to make sure there are no duplicates and all information has been input correctly.

**Responsibilities**
- Enter data from paper formats into database
- Working with spreadsheets with large numbers of data
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data

**Qualifications**
- At least one (1) year of data entry experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
- Good command of English both oral and written
- Great attention to detail

**Other requirements**
- A satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check (completed when offer is made)
