Inplant Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer and vendor calls
- Provide quotations to customer upon request and send requisitions for approval
- Convert quotes into orders
- Convert customer orders into vendor purchase orders
- Expedite outstanding backorders and orders as required
- Source non-stock items for specific customer requests
- Learn and maintain knowledge level of product lines
- Source vendors for product repairs
- Maintain product repair file
- Schedule pick ups
- Look-up and distribute (M)SDS sheets where and when necessary
- Expedite purchase orders when required
- Handle customer complaints and concerns
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- High School diploma/GED
- Working knowledge of industrial MRO and OHE safety is preferred
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in M/S office (Excel/Word)
- Prompt and dependable

**Physical/Mental Demands**
- Capable of learning new skills and transferring that knowledge immediately and accurately
- Able to work under pressure/time restraints
- Able to occasionally lift up to 55lbs
