**Data Analytics Specialist **for a

**Role Description**
This Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)Transformation Project is about reimagining the way our organization facilitates our core finance, supply chain, and human resources functions - providing increased opportunity to streamline, automate and align processes with leading practices through the use of modernized enterprise-class ERP technologies and enabling master data management and customer relationship management enterprise capabilities.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Experience in Data Analytics or as a Data Scientist.
- Requires a focus on understanding predictive analytics, lifetime value and needs-based analytics strategies to simplify, consistently produce and re-use analytical models and assets to drive measurable value.
- Provide executives and decision makers with a deeper understanding of their operations, transactions, services, and information required for them to identify new opportunities that can only be uncovered through analytics.
- Provide depth and insight to data produced by the various teams and transform them into meaningful analytics for decision making.
- Ensuring delivery processes are robust, of high quality and repeatable.
- Bringing knowledge of statistical classification techniques such as k-means and hierarchical clustering, partition trees, and logistic regression.
- Developing and measuring success metrics for key projects.
- Providing strategic agility and the ability to make sense of large amounts of disparate data to tell a cohesive story focused on key strategic decision-making for executives.
- Integration of both quantitative and qualitative data to create business insights.
- Design and create dashboards and custom reporting with various data sources and inputs.
- Analyzing data and preparing information results.
- Gathering and documenting client requirements.
- Designing and constructing information products.
- Capturing business and technical metadata for information products.
- Establish and operate control processes including schedule management, status reporting, issues, risk, and change management at the program level.
- Escalating issues and risks, as appropriate.
- Working within a multi-vendor/staff environment.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Query Language, T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server Database.
- Proficiency in Microsoft BI Stack - SSIS, SSRS.
- Demonstrated experience in Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data quality management concepts.
- Must have demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst analyzing and implementing data migration activities.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle database SQL development is an asset.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure Data Platform.
- Knowledge of master data management and data governance concepts.
- Ability to learn quickly, problem solve/troubleshoot, work independently and in a team.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP Implementation/Support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
- Good time management skills are required to produce expected deliverables in tight project timelines.
- Knowledge and experience through the Systems Development Life Cycle.
