IT Technician

Progitech is positioned as a leader in on-site IT services. Our technical network is 24/7 service with an average of 700 certified technicians performing over 35,000 service interventions in Canada and USA.

Progitech is currently looking for a IT technician who will be operational in the Dauphin, MB area as a self-employed person or business.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Perform technical interventions on the road;
- Repair, installation, maintenance and upkeep of computer equipment at the customer's premises; (computers, POS, printers, etc.)
- Communication with customers;
- Preparation and organization of documentation required for service calls;
- Training / certification required by our clients to assist in the calls;
- Be available evenings and weekends for emergencies;
- Inventory management.
