- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Maintain and update accounting files and databases
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role
- Proficiency with QuickBooks is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

If you have high level attention to detail, strong analytical skills and learn quickly an opportunity awaits. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
