Kenvue is currently recruiting for:
**Quality Specialist I (Plant Quality) - 24 months**
This position reports to Plant Quality Supervisor and is based at Guelph, ON, Canada.
This position is on the 3rd shift: starts on Sunday and ends on Thursday night. 11pm-7am.

**Shift**: 3rd shift
**What you will do**
The Quality Specialist I (Plant Quality) will review batch record documentation related to the manufacturing and testing of bulk work in process and finished products.
Key Responsibilities
- will ensure compliance with internal specifications, regulatory and corporate policies, and work with business partners to support the investigation of quality events through the use of RCPS principles
- will also identify and implement continuous improvement projects, perform quality audits of production activities (including but not limited to Standards of Cleanliness, Monthly Logbook Audits, Inspector Certification Performance Certifications), and provide approval of in-run repackaging activities, as required
- Training in Learning Management System
provide approval of in-run repackaging activities / approval to proceed. Complete Q&C Assessments for equipment release in Maximo.
Other duties:
Continuous Improvement Projects
Support to EtQ Investigations / RCPS
Guidance / Training to employees on Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and New Hire Gowning
Opportunity to own Global Change Control Deliverables for new product introductions (NPIs) / new equipment
installation, as required
**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in a Quality, or R&D environment in the pharmaceutical, food or water industries.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong computer skill and SAP system knowledge
- Experience with pharmaceutical equipment is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Enjoys working to multiple deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize workload
- Strong technical writing, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
- Process Excellence/Lean certification an asset
