Night Audit

Park Place Lodge is currently seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated individual to join our Night Audit team two evening s a week - Sunday & Monday, 11pm-7am

The duties of this position include:

- Providing information about hotel services and facilities, as well as insight and information about the community
- Responding promptly and appropriately to guest complaints and hotel issues that may arise
- Compiling and checking daily records
- Providing invoices and statements
- Cash handling
- Handling the departure of guests including receiving payments
- Operating hotel software
- Multi-line switchboard operation
- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby and common areas

Prior experience is preferred, but not essential. Familiarity with RoomMaster or similar software is highly beneficial.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fernie, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
