**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with framing walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs
- Using hand and power tools for construction tasks
- Supporting lead carpenters in various remodeling and renovation projects
- Following safety procedures and building codes on all job sites
- Handling materials and equipment as directed
- Learning and developing trade skills for future growth

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in construction or a strong desire to learn the trade
- Basic knowledge of job site safety
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks on site
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Full-time position
- CA$ 18 - 24 per hour, based on experience
