James Properties is looking for a **Owner/President** to join our team

We are a family-owned business that has been in business for over 50 years. We are a locally owned and operated company that focuses on providing the best service and product to our customers.

The Owner/President will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the store and ensuring that we are meeting and exceeding all goals set forth by our management team. The Owner/President will also be responsible for developing new products, marketing strategies, and working with our sales team to ensure we are providing the best customer experience possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own all aspects of daily operations.
- Work with management to ensure all goals are met.
- Develop new products, market strategies, and work with sales team to ensure we are providing the best customer experience possible.
- Drive sales growth by developing a strong market presence in all areas of the store.
- Train employees on how to effectively use our POS system (WMS) and educate them on all products available.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and surrounding areas.
- Ensure that all employees are provided with uniforms, tools, etc. as needed.
- Ensure that all employees are properly trained on product knowledge and usage guidelines.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards customers, employees, and management alike
- Be a role model for your team members by being a productive employee

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to build relationships both internally & externally (emotional & relationship-building).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment (planning, organizing, scheduling, etc.).
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) as well as other business software programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $2,800.00 per month
