**What You’ll Do**

The Creative Content Specialist is responsible for providing East Penn Canada with marketing, sales support and communication services to their assigned internal customers. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining content and tools to support the end-to-end customer sales journey and/or the East Penn Canada employee experience.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Effectively support various teams across the organization by developing high quality content that aligns to the East Penn Canada brand as well as the business strategies and objectives
- Work closely with other content creators, designers and partners in a collaborative manner to develop new ideas and concepts
- Take ownership of each stage of the content development process, from ideation to final delivery.
- Identify and advise on content ideas and recommendations through the creative services content development process.
- Contribute to the content ideation process, content pitches, and marketing and communications calendar.
- Lead and/or support the introduction of new private brand customers, new product and/or service offerings both internally and externally
- Work with sales leads and/or partners to develop new prospect presentation packages and ongoing business reviews and annual marketing content plans for current customers.
- Project Manage/Coordinate various projects or initiatives, as assigned
- Leverage analytics to build creative strategies, build awareness and increase/retain customer engagement (both internal & external customers)
- Track KPIs and measure success of initiatives by using reporting and analytics
- Build and manage cross-platform content calendars that are forward-thinking and in-line with current and future trends

**Experience, Skills & Competencies**
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Content Development or Communications.
- Minimum 3-5 years in product marketing or similar type role in a B2B environment.
- Experience in battery industry is not required, but preferred
- creative and analytical skills with ability to solve problems both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong writing (in both digital and traditional space), proofreading and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to influence and interact effectively at various levels of the organization.
- Flexible work style which adjusts to multiple demands within a changing and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Good organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-directed individual who takes responsibility for assigned tasks and proactively recommends improvements to processes and procedures.
- A team player that can trouble shoot, resolve issues and achieve results.
- Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint would be an asset.
