- Been called to the Alberta bar
- 5 - 10 years experience as a lawyer
- Experience with drafting commercial contracts
- Experience with advising buying & selling businesses
- Experience with drafting and providing advice in the area of wills & estates
- Experience with dealing with real estate transactions, both commercial and residential
- Experience with litigation matters
