**Shift**: 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM

**Rate**: $19.00/hour + benefits

**DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to**:

- Perform hand soldering, inspection and rework of all thru-hole assemblies as per Engineering specifications and IPC workmanship standards
- Manual assembly of electronic components including complex projects according to assembly books, custom specs and quality standards
- Mechanical assembly as required
- Component preparation, placement or installation
- Final assembly as required
- Participate in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills set requirements are updated regularly
- Participate in all team level quality improvement initiatives

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience working on SMT/TH or Mix Tech assemblies
- Solid understanding in IPC or ANSI-J technical standards
- Ability to read and understand assembly documentation
- Ability to hand solder, desolder and identify solder bridging
- Ability to rework printed circuit assemblies and replacing components
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity; good hand to eye coordination
- Basic communication skills in both written and oral English
- A positive team attitude
