Formwork Carpenter

Shade Construction Ltd. Is a family owned and operated formwork construction company. We are a growing company, dedicated to providing the best customer experience possible.

We are looking for a skilled carpenter to undertake a variety of tasks relating to concrete formwork. You will be able to follow all safety procedures and processes are you work of the project. The goal is to ensure that the projects are completed in a timely manner with high quality in mind.

- Have a valid Driver's license
- Follow directions given by foreman and work without supervision
- Be safety conscious and willing to wear all PPE

**Work Includes**
- Physically demanding labour
- Preparing for, pouring, and finishing
- Working with my cementitious and epoxy grout
- Building custom wood concrete forms
- Maintain professionalism at all times on site
- Ensure work area is clean and organized at all times

**Experience**: 1 year minimum experience required (concrete experience preferred)

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gibsons, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- concrete: 1 year (preferred)
